¿No que ...?

The expression ¿No que ...? communicates surprise at a change of plans.
- ¿No que ibas a salir? Didn't you say you were leaving? (From the looks of the situation, I have concluded that you're no longer planning to head out.)
- No mames, cinco órdenes de alambres. Said by a taquero after getting off the phone with the customer. The other taquero replied: ¿No que cuatro? Wasn't it supposed to be four alambres and not five?
- ¿No que muy valiente? Weren't you saying how brave you are? You don't look brave now.
¿No que ...? works nicely as a response when someone has let you down. ¿No que íbamos al cine? What happened? Weren't we planning on seeing a movie?
